Scope

When ProctorEdge processes personal data on behalf of a certification body, university, or training provider, a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) defines roles, subprocessors, security measures, and breach notification obligations.

Processor Commitments

  • Process data only on documented client instructions
  • Maintain confidentiality and access controls
  • Support data subject rights and audit evidence requests
  • Notify clients of personal data breaches without undue delay
