Agreement
By accessing ProctorEdge websites, exam delivery surfaces, or contracted services, you agree to these terms and any executed service agreement with your organization.
Acceptable Use
Users must not attempt to circumvent exam integrity controls, interfere with monitoring systems, or misuse candidate or provider credentials.
Service Availability
ProctorEdge aims for high availability during scheduled exam windows. Maintenance and incident communication follow client-specific SLA arrangements where applicable.
Liability
Service limitations and liability caps are defined in executed commercial agreements. This website provides product information and does not itself constitute an exam delivery contract.
